AddressRole Description/Criteria
St Mary's Primary School is seeking a passionate educator to join our education team as a Learning Diversity Leader.
The role will be either part-time 0.8 (4 day equivalent) or 1.0 (5 day equivalent) FTE with an additional Learning Enhancement Teaching role to make the position full time. This will be negotiated with the successful applicant. The Position of Leadership 2 position will be for an initial 2 year tenure.
The successful applicant will:
- have a passion for working with students with additional needs.
- be skilled in leading and coordinating initiatives to support diverse learning needs within the school community.
- be able to collaborate with teachers, parents, and external specialists to create inclusive learning environments.
- have experience with the NCCD funding model, relevant legislation and the associated documentation requirements.
- have demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
