Help shape the future of children in our care
As our highly valued Learning Experience Facilitator based at our Kedron office, you’ll be vital to ensuring our teams have the passionate, dedicated people they need to help children belong, grow and become confident lifelong learners.
You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:
- Partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to support the creation, delivery and updates of professional learning products that support and enhance all C&K employee capabilities.
- Provide support and expertise in adult learning strategies and multi-modal methods of training and professional learning to enhance workforce capability.
- Develop projects from both internal and externally sourced information, programmes, content and partnerships to meet C&K organisational needs.
- Maintain knowledge in Adult Learning Principles, Digital Technologies and multi modal learning practices relevant to the needs of the organisation.
- Advocate for and develop learning that is inclusive, accessible and speaks to diverse learners and their needs.
What you’ll bring
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is required.
- Qualifications in Adult Learning and/or Information Technology also considered.
- Demonstrated understanding of learning processes, theories and methodologies related to adult learning and the business environment.
- High level of digital literacy skills and experience with LMS platforms and systems
- Advanced skills in MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Experience with Authoring tools such as: Articulate Storyline and RISE and further experience in online instructional design development and relevant tools highly advantageous.
