As a Learning and Leadership Specialist, your primary objective is to spearhead the design, development, and execution of transformative learning initiatives. Your role is pivotal in aligning these initiatives with our strategic objectives, ensuring they elevate the talent and capability of our leaders and broader workforce. Working closely with the Learning & Organizational Development Manager, you will actively foster a learning culture, linking experiences with the Wesfarmers Health business strategy to shape our workforce for the future.
What you'll do:
- Craft and deliver a Learning and Development framework that expands mindsets, aligns with capability requirements, supports high-performance teams, and targets essential competencies.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future business strategy and objectives, identifying the required learning and leadership initiatives for success.
- Embed our leadership competency framework and identify future program needs to enhance leadership capabilities and cultivate internal talent pipelines.
- Formulate performance measures for Learning and Development programs, ensuring systematic review and evaluation for ROI purposes.
- Oversee and embed ongoing compliance training, including collaboration with subject matter experts and vendors.
- A demonstrated track record in designing and delivering Learning and Leadership solutions within a large, multi-layered, and diverse organization.
- Strong knowledge of learning fundamentals and their application to business performance improvement.
- Exceptional consulting, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Project management proficiency, with a focus on commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tool Articulate Rise - preferred.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related discipline preferred.
