The Role Adbri has an exciting opportunity for experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist. Three years into the system being operational you have the opportunity to review the system configuration, assess evolving user requirements and make enhancements optimising the system functionality with business objectives. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in LMS management, stakeholder engagement, and driving solution-driven approaches. The role will work in partnership with the People & Culture Teams as well as key operational users to maximise the use and effectiveness of our Learning and Development Strategy. This is a full-time permanent role, which offers flexible work arrangements. Responsibilities Assume ownership of the LMS system, acting as the go-to person for all functionalities, maintaining day-to-day central management of the system, including e-Learning content build-out, uploading new material, reporting, and troubleshooting.
