This is an opportunity for the right candidate to be at the heart of a strategic transformation and growth of MMS' new digitally-led Novated Leasing brand, Oly. Experience in or knowledge of sales and operational environments will be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a complex environment conducting training needs analysis, learning program design, instructional design and training delivery in a medium to large corporate environment.
The Learning Specialist role requires both an ability to design fit-for-purpose learning programs as well as hands-on activities such as building learning modules, planning and facilitating learning programs. It will deliver learning for process & system changes as part of the D2M program, as well as creating and running a robust onboarding program to ensure new starters in Oly are job-ready.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting training needs analysis
- Designing role-based learning programs
- Development of training materials, including eLearns when required
- Planning and coordinating learning programs
- Executing learning programs
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the Oly business, D2M Program and Learning and Development
- Management of onboarding activities for new starters across Oly Sales and Ops, including liaising with IT, HR and other support functions
- Continuous improvement to ensure learning program for new starters creates readiness across systems, processes and behaviours
