You will have the opportunity to be involved in:
- Ensuring seamless coordination of units that adhere to the Higher Education Standards Framework
- Daily communication and assistance to the Higher Education Managers, colleagues, students, and lecturers
- Maintaining accurate student records
- Updating and maintaining our Learning Management System (Moodle)
- Addressing customer inquiries via email and phone
- Assisting with campus set up and close when required
- Collating results for unit/s to be presented and approved at the various Board meetings
- Working alongside and assisting other team members and departments with duties during busy periods
- Ad hoc admin and data when required
What will you need to succeed?
- Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are highly developed
- Track record of delivering top-tier customer service
- Effectively juggling multiple tasks is your forte
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Your attention to detail is meticulous
- You are comfortable being an independent self-starter who enjoys taking the initiative to get tasks completed
- While you are capable of being independent you also know how to be a productive, valuable and cooperative part of a team
- Proficient in various tech tools, or able to pick up new software easily, from Microsoft Office to Learning Management Systems, and online meeting platforms like BigBlueButton, Collaborate Ultra, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
