- Resolve and respond to enquiries from the public in a timely manner and provide information on Council's services and facilities to customers and Council officers
- Develop strong and positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Provide general administrative assistance to support the operations of the Prosecutions Team
- Undertake the assessment, processing and reply of infringement reviews on a regular basis.
- Well-developed administrative skills and understanding of court processes.
- Technological skills to fulfil the requirements of the position.
- Understanding and ability to interpret policies, procedures, regulations and legislation.
- Advanced computer and typing skills.
- An understanding of the relevant Acts, Regulations, Local Laws and Council Policy which are essential to the efficient operation of the unit.
- A demonstrated willingness to help customers and an ability to resolve conflict situations.
