Education Support Staff at St Catherine's are appointed by the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Ltd and responsible to the Principal for the delivery of quality support that enhances the provision of a Catholic Education aimed at improving student outcomes and wellbeing for all students within our unique faith context.
St Catherine's recognises Education Support Staff as critical players in the delivery of a quality Catholic education, who are required to work in a collaborative manner that enhances the spirit and culture of the School community and supports the School's Mission, Vision and strategic directions.

Selection Criteria
a strong commitment to the Catholic faith and Catholic identity of the school
a skill level which assumes and requires relevant knowledge or training as outlined in the Position Description
be committed to the safety and wellbeing of children
a strong ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships
an ability to work as part of a team
excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Special Requirements
This position which requires the successful applicant to work Monday to Friday (8:30am -3.30pm).
Special requirements include:
must hold or be willing to acquire a Working with Children (Employee) Check
be willing to undergo a National Criminal Record Check (renewable every 5 years)
