They are now seeking a motivated property professional with experience stemming from either a commercial property management, leasing or legal background. This is a 12 month maternity leave cover ideally commencing in May/June 2024.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with company solicitors, settlement agents, customers, and clients.
- Preparation of minutes, Disclosure Statements, property reports and other relevant documentation.
- Management of deposit and bond monies through the business trust account.
- Tracking of all sale and leasing transactions, ensuring all documentation is followed up and accounted for.
- Update and maintenance of CRM system.
- Lease renewals.
- Confidentially communicate with staff, clients and other contacts.
- Assistance with calls and emails, ensuring all client queries are answered in a timely and professional manner.
- Assistance to the Managing Director as required.
- Assistance to the Executive Assistant as required.
Working closely with the Sales and Leasing team, the role requires someone that is switched on and capable of high output and has a pre-emptive mindset. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience within a property environment and have strong knowledge in property legislation.
