The Position
- Calling & processing all leasing applications, conducting reference checks and updating all applicants on the status
- Calling successful applicants and updating owners
- Calling all unsuccessful applicants
- Coordinating property viewings for the leasing team
- Advertising properties for lease
- Keeping owners up to date with progress
- Previous experience in leasing/property management
- Outstanding customer service, corporate presentation, initiative and a passion for the industry
- Excellent time management and attention to detail along with zero reluctance to pick up the phone
- Inspect Real Estate experience is essential
- An absolute team player!
- Salary $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
