We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, energetic and determined individual to join our highly successful Property Management Team.
This multifaceted administrative/leasing role will allow you to play an integral role in our Property Management team and develop a wide range of skills. With four offices across the Sunshine Coast and a team of 46 employees, Belle Property Noosa, Coolum, Marcoola are seeking someone with a passion for Real Estate.

Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Handle enquiries over the phone and email from prospective tenants, nurturing client relationships and managing workflows through our Property Management system
- Support our Property Managers with administration tasks in their portfolio
- Assist with preparing necessary documentation
- Maintain a high commitment to excellence in customer service
- Actively set out to lease listed properties in a timely manner
- Manage promotional activities including signage, photography and advertising
- Conduct property inspections with prospective tenants and liaise with Property Managers to assist with the leasing process and portfolio management
- Carry out tenant reference checking processes
- Achieve and report to management on set Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
- Supporting our BDM through a wide range of administrative duties
- Identify, qualify, and manage contacts in the CRM system
- Organising appointments with trades and photographers
- Maintaining files and create new documents
- General administrative support and other duties as required
- Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Strong and professional communication skills both written and verbal
- An understanding of Property Management and legislation
- Thrive in a high paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours where required by the business
- A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
- Applicant would be required to hold a current Registration Certificate and drivers license
