AddressBoutique Inner North real estate business looking for a passionate and experienced Leasing Assistant to join our growing team.
About the role:
As a Leasing Assistant, you will work predominately with our business development and leasing manager and support the department in the following areas:
- Conduct Saturday exhibitions
- Complete ingoing and outgoing inspection reports (during weekdays)
- Process rental applications
- Respond to rental enquiry

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must hold a current drivers license
- Hold an ACT real estate registration
- Have a good sense of humor and team spirit!
