Tasks & responsibilities include:
- Arranging open home and private inspections
- Responding to inquiries
- Ingoing condition reports
- Routine Inspections
- Support to the Property Manager
- General office duties
To be successful, you will:
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience in Real Estate in a leasing role
- Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration/Licence
- Must have a current Driver's license and registered vehicle
- Have excellent communication skills, be approachable and energetic
