SalaryOur award winning agency is rapidly EXPANDING and we are seeking a vibrant Property Manager Officer / Leasing Consultant to assist our dynamic team in either of our Bulli or Dapto office locations!
We are a task based operation so you will find you have a variety of tasks to keep you interested and busy. Your day-to-day will be diverse and varied, including but not limited:
- Conducting Open for Inspections
- Managing and responding to leasing enquiries
- Tenant application processing
- Attending routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and relevant reporting processes
- Liaising with landlords regarding feedback from reports and inspections
- Repairs and maintenance management, including liaising with landlords, tenants and maintenance providers
- Coordinating advertising and Social Media marketing
- General property management administration tasks where required
The successful candidate will have:
- Current Certificate of Registration or License
- Driver’s license
- A winning attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task
- A sense of humour (we are a funny bunch) 😊
