Description
- Review lease document clauses and terms and be able to identify and document/escalate clause and term items.
- Accurately review and provide review outcomes in set formats.
- Strong Comprehension of the importance of the wording of each document and how the inclusion of non-desirable clauses or wording, as well as the importance of the inclusion of special conditions wording.
