Description
The Internal Sales Administration Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate channels.
Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with our sales team, assisting in scheduling meetings, and maintaining sales documentation.
Data Management: Be the guardian of sales data, maintaining and updating customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Inventory Management: Keep a keen eye on inventory levels, liaising with relevant departments to ensure optimal stock availability, and facilitating timely deliveries.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and distribute insightful reports and forecasts to internal teams providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Administrative Support: Provide support to the sales team.
Profile
- Proven experience in Sales Administration, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel )
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
