About the role
As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of units within psychology at undergraduate and honours levels and undertake administrative functions.
You will:
- undertake teaching and assessment of postgraduate and honours students with a focus on psychological assessment, counselling, and psychopathology;
- develop, teach and moderate units at undergraduate and honours levels;
- undertake research activities; and
- supervise students undertaking project units and honours courses.
About you
You will have experience in lecturing and tutoring, and a commitment to and enthusiasm for teaching with the ability to develop and implement a student-centred approach with a focus on student educational experience and success. You will work collegially and possess preparedness to undertake research.
You will possess:
- commitment to scholarship and a potential for academic advancement;
- experience in teaching psychological assessment, counselling, and psychopathology;
- previous experience in academic administration, including the administration of units; and
- a capacity to provide high quality research supervision of honours and HDR students.
