The Role:

Maxima, and our Host Employer, are seeking an efficient and driven individual to join a small but busy legal team and work as a Legal Administration Trainee.

This full-time corporate role will see you working alongside professional lawyers to provide timely and proficient administrative assistance, whilst studying to achieve a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.

Duties Include:

  • Meet and greet clients on reception
  • Answer incoming and outgoing enquiries; via phone and email
  • Maintain and update client data
  • Document and file management (photocopying, scanning)
  • Manage staff calendars and client bookings
  • Additional administrative duties as required including banking
About You:
  • Ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals
  • Exceptional communicator, written and verbal
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • A "can do attitude" and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines
Role Requirements:
  • Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • Great sensitivity to private and confidential information
  • Proficient computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office
