- Providing administrative support directly to Partners, senior Lawyers and their extended junior team
- Drafting, preparing and editing documents, presentations and general correspondence
- InfoTrack searching and PPS registrations
- Calendar and diary management, scheduling meetings and managing contacts
- Proactively managing team's finance requirements including opening matters and conflict checking, trust requirements, accounts payable, audit letters, high volume billing
- Diligence in day-to-day tasks including answering calls, processing incoming mail, preparing simple correspondence, corresponding with clients, completing ad hoc printing tasks, and managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour while liaising with our clients, third parties, national team members, and inter-department teams. A high level of written and spoken communication skills is required, as you will be a touchpoint for many parties.
- Background in legal administration, seeking a career in legal support is preferred
- An enthusiastic team player committed to providing a high level of administrative support to our team
- Organised, efficient and able to multi-task and time manage while working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Conscientious and discreet in relation to the highly sensitive nature of information handled by the team
- Knowledge of Elite or other finance related software to manage expenses, matters, timesheets, client billing and reporting requirements
- Knowledge of Outlook to organise and manage contacts, mail and calendars
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high quality documentation.
