Legal Assistant
An exciting opportunity exists in our busy Cronulla and/or CBD office for an energetic Legal Assistant providing support to our busy Commercial, Estate Planning and Estates team. The successful candidate will have proven experience, be proactive, switched on and a team oriented individual who can work autonomously.
Key Duties
- Assistant to the Commercial, Estate Planning and Estates team
- Preparation of Court documents
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, barristers and courts
- Extensive diary management
- Dictaphone typing
- File management
- Billing and accounts
- General administration duties
Selection Criteria
- Relevant experience providing high quality support
- Previous experience in Probate is beneficial but not essential
- Permanent or part-time will be considered
- Display initiative and enthusiasm
- Confident and professional manner
- Ability to work around tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
