About the Role:
We have an opportunity for Legal Assistants/ Law Clerks to join our Traralgon office. Full-time or part-time opportunities available for the ideal candidate.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- General administrative tasks including reception duties
- Communicating with clients, counsel, court staff, prosecutions and other stakeholders
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Organising and managing files, paperwork, dates and evidence
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidates will require:
- Prior experience in a law firm or other professional environment
- High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Exceptional client service and phone manner
- Great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new IT software
- Experience working with client management software (such as LEAP or Lexis)
