Excellent opportunity for an experienced assistant/secretary to join this professional and friendly legal team. Working closely with the Principal of the firm, you will carry out usual duties of a Legal Assistant/secretary including word processing, general office administration and reception. The role offers diversity and challenge to the successful candidate who will have developed administrative and secretarial skills through previous experience in an office environment. Accuracy, attention to detail, a team approach, organisational skills and ability to prioritise are essential.
Legal office experience, particularly with Duties Online, LEAP, MYOB and PEXA will be to the applicant’s advantage but not essential.
Areas of practice include Commercial Law, Conveyancing and Wills & Estates.
Salary and start date negotiable.
Potential for position to become permanent.
