We’ve seen some significant growth over the past few years and we have aLegal Assistantvacancy based in our CBD office for now, and then later on this role will be based in Sunbury.

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should have the demonstrated capacity, skills and experience in the following aspects:
- Opening/closing files
- Preparation and filing of court documents
- Drafting court documents
- Corresponding with defendant solicitors, clients, barristers and the Court
- Diary management
- Thorough understanding of the litigation process and procedures
- Client management
- Arranging appointments
- Preparing briefs to Counsel

- High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional phone manner
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Genuine passion for Personal Injury Law
