AddressOur client is one of the biggest and best law firms in the world and they have a rare opening in their Commercial Litigation team for a Legal Secretary/Practice Support Coordinator.
In this role, you'll be supporting two Partners working on big time class actions and regulatory investigations. They're looking for an experienced Commercial LitigationLegal Secretary/Legal EA, who has experience working for senior Partners who need extensive calendar management.
Some of the key responsibilities:
- Extensive calendar and inbox management
- Travel arrangements
- Assist with Business Development such as amending presentations, CVs and pitches
- Organise client events as required
- Management of client fee estimates and reporting
- End to end file management
- Monthly billing
- At least 6 years experience as a Legal Secretary in Commercial Litigation within a commercial firm
- Billing and practice management software experience (Aderant or Elite 3E ideally)
- You'll have extensive calendar/inbox management - this is a must
- Proactive by nature - you don't wait to be asked to do something
- Problem solver - you'll have a knack for finding solutions
- Organised is your middle name
- You'll have communication skills for days (and know how to use them)
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
