The Role:
Due to significant growth, Ligeti Partners is seeking a Legal Secretary with 1-2 years’ experience to join our commercial and residential property and indemnity team, reporting to the head Principal Lawyer. The role is broad with some specific tasks being:
- Preparing court documents, briefs, and general correspondence
- Digital dictation
- File management
- Answering inbound calls
- Diary management
- General administration including billing
- Filing and general office / administration tasks
- Opening New Files
- Letter of Demands
- Company & Business searches
