You have strong interpersonal skills and a cheerful disposition, allowing our guests to always receive the highest level of customer service.
About the role:
Our Leisure Attendants are responsible for the entertainment and safety of our customers and team during the use of Park Lane facilities.
Maintaining constant surveillance of guests and visitors alike, acting immediately and appropriately to secure the health and safety of customers in the event of an emergency. Our Leisure Attendants also maintain and set up equipment where applicable, checking to ensure all equipment and play elements are not damaged and are safe to use.
Our Leisure Attendants are an integral part of the successful operations of Park Lane Play. Providing each participant with support, instruction, and guidance within a fun and safe environment to play. Our Leisure Attendants contribute to a high level of guest satisfaction and a favourable word-of-mouth and online reputation of Park Lane.
A Working With Childrens Check will be required.
Daily duties of Attractions Attendant include:
- Ensure all activities are supervised and are conducted according to plan and to the participant’s needs.
- Organise and advise participants of requirements, including any relevant course/activity induction.
- Act, from time to time, as Shift Leader to ensure smooth and safe operation of activities.
- Where required, assist in planning and implementing activities that encourage participation and enjoyment for participants.
- Provide an excellent experience for each participant, visitor and guest.
- Deliver a high level of service to all participants, visitors and guests.
- Communicate with all participants, visitors and guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Assist participants, visitors and guests as required, offering support and service when needed.
- Party host and assisting parents, as well as setting up for Parky's Fun Park parties.
