AddressNobul is working with a reputable family-owned Building Approval company dedicated to providing effective and reliable services to clients throughout South-East Brisbane. Being around for over 10 years with their main specialities in pools and residential builds, it’s time for the team to grow. Our client is on the lookout for a proactive Level 3 Building Certifier to join their team on a full-time basis.

About you:
- Be licensed in Queensland as a Building Certifier; or
- Be studying in a course accredited by the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Have demonstrated proficiency and a minimum of 1 years’ experience in residential building approvals.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent verbal & written communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
