What will you be doing?

As a Level 3 IaC Support Specialist at Chamonix IT Solutions, you will be a pivotal player in ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and innovation in deploying and managing infrastructure through code. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in providing advanced support for Infrastructure as Code.

How will you help contribute to our success?

• Provide expert-level technical support for intricate IaC-related issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Lead investigations and diagnoses for complex IaC problems, collaborating with Level 2 support and other teams to resolve challenging issues.
• Take charge of IaC-related incidents, identify root causes, and implement strategic corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of advanced IaC configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their advanced IaC requirements and provide strategic technical support.

What skills does our ideal candidate have?

• Have an in-depth understanding of advanced Infrastructure as Code principles, best practices, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Proficient in leading the diagnosis and resolution of complex IaC-related issues.
• Ability to lead collaborative efforts with Level 2 support and other teams to address intricate IaC challenges.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills to work closely with clients.
• Terraform Professional.
• HashiCorp Certified: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
