Qualifications & experience
- Valid electrician’s license Proven experience in residential electrical work Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and be trained in Level 2 electrical works
- Ability to work over time, after hours, call outs Ability to overcome problems and find solutions Self sufficient and hard working Independent
Tasks & responsibilities
- Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and standards Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently Learn and assist with Level 2 electrical works
- Provide clear and detailed reports on electrical work performed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs Mentor and train junior electricians and apprentices as needed
