Duties/Responsibilities:
Running large scale renovations and new builds in Sydney and surrounding suburbs
Managing a team of trades on site
All aspects of general carpentry and ensuring quality finishes
Work will involve being hands on the tools, and overall site supervision
Site safety including implementing OH&S management system
Liaison with clients, trades and suppliers
Ordering materials and tight liaisons with the estimator, clients and trades
General Site administration and record keeping
Audit site registers and site quality control
Requirements:
Experienced in a Supervisory role, and qualified Carpenter
Proven high-end residential portfolio of projects
Experience in house raising would be advantageous
Reliable, hardworking, strong work ethic and be a team player
Eye for detail, Strong communication and organisational skills
A full drivers license, tools and reliable vehicle

Pay: $58,041.45 – $83,900.00 per year
