Licensing Administration

Summary
Based in our head offices in Sydney, we are looking to hire a Licensing Officer role. You will be working in a small but dynamic team, you will be responsible for the coordination, preparation, and submission of all gaming license applications for Australian-based Key Employees (including non-executive directors) and companies within the Aristocrat Group based in Australasia.
What You'll Do

• Maintain all aspects of the licensing database containing information relating to Aristocrat Group companies and Key Employees
• Preparation of license applications by the given deadlines
• Process updates from key Employees on a quarterly basis and record all new records, including, but not limited to, police checks and credit reports
• Ensuring all Board Meeting minutes, Sub-Committee Legal meeting minutes and updated litigation reports are provided to the team as needed.
• Manage the violations schedule
• Manage all queries from gaming regulatory authorities regarding company applications.
• Prepare and update reports, databases, and affidavits as required

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 Year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite of products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
