About the Role

We are looking for a Licensing Coordinator to join the Peter Alexander Production team! This role is new to the team's structure and will play a vital role in ensuring that licensed apparel products meet the brand's standards and are in compliance with licensing agreements. Reporting to the Head of Production, the Licensing Coordinator will assist in maintaining the integrity of the Peter Alexander brand and will ensure that licensed apparel products consistently reflect the brand's identity and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all licensed products adhere to the branding and logo usage guidelines set forth in licensing agreements
• Maintaining detailed records of product submissions, design approvals, and any correspondence related to licensed apparel
• Fostering strong relationships with external licensing companies and internal teams and ensuring all parties are aligned on approval timelines and requirements
• Facilitating a smooth approval process by ensuring that necessary documents and assets are submitted and can be retrieved and that reviews are conducted promptly, meeting agreed-upon timelines.
• Maintaining the royalty reporting tracker and review completed royalty reports and submit to relevant stakeholders
• Offering constructive feedback to licensors on design modifications or improvements to meet the brands standards 
• Providing regular reports to management on the status of licensing approvals, highlighting any concerns or successes

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum two years experience in a similar role within the retail industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Adobe Illustrator
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and ability to prioritise
