Position: Lifestyle Carer
As a Lifestyle Carer at The Terraces, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include organizing and facilitating a variety of activities and events, ensuring a lively and engaging atmosphere within our residential care setting. By actively listening to residents' life stories, you will contribute to crafting personalized care plans that cater to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to enriching lives through leisure, lifestyle, and spiritual activities.
- Assist and encourage residents in creating a home-like environment within their accommodation.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Essential
- Experience in conducting activities in an aged care setting (desirable).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or Diversional Therapy
