We are looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our dedicated and professional team. You will use your skills and knowledge in Speech Pathology to provide flexible family-centred services to children and adults with a disability and their families, within the context of a trans- or multi-disciplinary team and to maintain efficient and effective practices in line with Aruma policies and procedures. NSW: Tamworth, Forbes, Lismore

VIC: Bayswater, Bundoora

QLD: Brisbane

If you are open to relocating, you may be eligible for our relocation package up to $10,000 AUD.

Negotiable annual salary AUD $85k - $105k + super + salary packaging + employee benefits.

• Assess the communication needs of children and adults using appropriate assessments and observation processes.
• Develop professional relationships with customers and their families, which respect individual styles and acknowledge their strengths and capabilities.
• Support customers/families to identify their priorities and make informed decisions.
• Participate in initial assessment interviews to determine appropriate ongoing service plan for the child/customer and their family.
• To participate in the formulation, implementation and evaluation of individualised service plans.

• A recognised Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (equivalent to Aust. Bachelor of Speech Pathology)
• Current member or eligible to register with relevant professional association, with willingness to seek SPA registration in Australia.
• Commitment to Aruma's Strategic Intent, Purpose, Values and Code of Conduct.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Integrity and a sense of humour.
