About the Role:
Our Strathdevon team (based in Latrobe) is looking to add a dedicated and passionate Lifestyle Coordinator to lead our lifestyle assistants in the delivery of quality programs for our residents.
Reporting into the Lifestyle Manager; the Lifestyle Coordinator will have a vital role in planning and implementing innovative and inclusive lifestyle programs for all residents to support them to live their BEST life. This rewarding role will see you help to empower our residents - enriching their everyday lives.
You will be responsible for:
Planning, designing and the delivery of appropriate and varied lifestyle programs that meet the individual needs of residents
Assessments, reviews and ongoing evaluation of the lifestyle program to ensure positive resident outcomes
Providing support and guidance to residents, volunteers and staff involved in the delivery of lifestyle programs
About You:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.
This is the place for you if you:
Certificate IV in lifestyle and leisure or equivalent or relevant industry experience (desirable)
A current First Aid certificate
Previous experience coordinating a lifestyle program and lifestyle teams in residential aged care
Enjoy working in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
Can balance competing priorities with ease
Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

A current Working with Vulnerable People's card
Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations

Ability to pass a national police clearance
