The Opportunity
We are looking for a Full-time Lifestyle Coordinator to join the team at Sandown site, the role has plenty of variety including:
- Reviewing and evaluating the relevant Leisure and Lifestyle assessments and care plans, in consultation with the resident, their representative and other key stakeholders.
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate the activity program at the service, in line with individual resident needs, goals and preferences.
- Manage and support volunteers at the service, to ensure they are meeting their roles and responsibilities at the service.
- Reviewing, evaluating, and reporting on the program utilisation and satisfaction rates, and identifying areas for improvement.

Selection Criteria and Key Responsibilities
- Cert IV in Leisure & Health and/or relevant tertiary degree - Diversional Therapy qualification highly regarded.
- Drivers license
- Proven leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience implementing leisure and social events
- Demonstrated literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Satisfactory national police check within the last three months.
- Tasmanian Working with vulnerable persons registration with NDIS endorsement
