Envigor Home Care is looking for dedicated and experienced Lifestyle Support Assistants to join our friendly team based in Brisbane South Logan.
To be successful in this role you must be flexible and prepared to work across shifts. Shifts include, morning, afternoons, early evening and weekends as required. You may be required to use your own motor vehicle as part of service provision (some travel may also be required). As such, a reliable car is necessary.

Mandatory Requirements
You must hold:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, or Certificate III in Home and Community Care, or Certificate III in Disability
- Current National Police Check
- Current Yellow Card or National Disability Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Influenza Vaccination Certificate
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current Driver's Licence with own fully insured vehicle
- If you have been a citizen in another country after the age of 16 you will need to complete a statutory declaration
- COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
