Taylored Automotive is a locally owned Dysart business servicing the Bowen Basin. We are seeking experienced qualified motor mechanics with Light Vehicle qualifications for immediate start. Having been operating in Dysart for over 10 years, we provide an opportunity to join a reputable company as a permanent/full time employee. We are offering:
- Full time role located in Dysart, Queensland
- 7/7 Roster - Day shift only
- $55.00 per hour flat rate

About the role:
- Fast paced work environment
- Carry out routine servicing and repairs
- Detect, diagnose, and repair faults - including vehicle suspension, brakes, electrical systems, engines, drivelines, fuel systems and tyres.
- Carry out Safety and Compliance inspections
- Relevant qualification required, AUR30620 or historical equivalent.
- Create and maintain client & vehicle records
- Repair & replace tyres
We are seeking some who:
- Has a current driver’s license
- Has at least 3 years post apprenticeship experience
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Has well developed diagnostic skills and experience with scan tools and modern vehicle control/electrical systems
- Has their own tools
- Can competently use technology to document their work
- Works well within a team, but also confidently without supervision
- Has a passion for the automotive industry
- Is an Australian resident or citizen, currently living in Australia
