What we are looking for:
- 1+ years of relevant kitchen experience in a full service, al la carte restaurant
- Previous experience in the pan and/or grill section
- Flame/Charcoal grill experience and in-depth steak knowledge
- A Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
