- Demonstrate proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of production processes, Quality Control and safety protocols
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and implement effecting solutions.
- Experience in TPM Systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
This role will report to the Production Supervisor / AWX Account Manager.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Following safety management systems to prevent incidents and utilise reporting systems and improving site safety.
- Complying with HACCP and GMP Processes
- Operating Food Manufacturing Machine Lines and packaging equipment, with high volume output.
- Completing Quality Control checks, inspections and audits on software systems
- Working within a diverse team.
