An exciting opportunity exists for a broker administration role at Aussie Nambour. This will be an office-based role 5 days per week Monday - Friday.
The Role:
- Assisting the broker by managing the home loan application process from pre-submission, lodgement, approval and preparation for settlement.
- Manage database and compliance requirements.
- Liaising with clients and updating clients throughout the loan process.
- General administration tasks such as answering phones, booking appointments and data entry.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work well in stressful situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, consistency and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute towards team targets and goals.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Industry experience is preferred but not essential.
