We are seeking to employ a Linehaul Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Sadleirs Spotswood, Victoria.

We're looking for someone who has experience
- Optimising FCL Line Haul Operations, including load planning and execution
- Ensuring the right equipment is available at the right time
- Dangerous Goods, NVHR fatigue management as well as the inherent legislative requirements
- Safety, compliance, leadership and teamwork
- Experience and comfortable working in both an office and operations floor environment
- Capable of leading a small team.
Skills, licences & experience required for the position
- Cert IV in Frontline Management or equivalent
- WAQIS, OH&S, Loads, Restraints and First Aid qualification preferable
- Strong understanding of Road and Rail Compliance Requirements
- Strong understanding of Dangerous Goods Road and Rail Codes
- At least 2 years’ experience in Logistics and Transport working as a Line Haul Coordinator
- Sound IT skills
- Ability to develop and build collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Capability to apply practical commercial acumen in a business environment
- Developed interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
