Coordinator Building Risk & Compliance

Aspect Personnel are currently working with council in Melbourne's South East to recruit a Coordinator of Building Risk & Compliance for an initial 3 month contract.You will be responsible for the management of councils ESM program across a portfolio of council community buildings and facilities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate inspections and audits of building essential safety measures (ESM) systems, including fire detection and alarm systems, emergency lighting, and fire hydrants
Provide recommendations and advice on ESM compliance and maintenance
Prepare reports and documentation on ESM inspections and audits
Maintain accurate records of ESM systems and conduct regular checks to ensure ongoing compliance
Coordinate ESM upgrades and maintenance
