A great opportunity has become available for an experienced legal secretary/PA to join our litigation team. Working with the Managing Partner and a team of 3 lawyers, this role is open to those with 3 years + experience working in the legal industry.
We are offering an attractive remuneration package and the opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive environment with experienced and well respected lawyers.
About you
We are looking for a proactive, organised and hard-working individual to join the litigation team. The successful applicant will have:
- Experience preparing and filing court documents, including in the Supreme and Federal Courts
- At least 3 years experience working in a similar legal role
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365
- Well-developed communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience in diary and email management
- Experience with videoconferencing (Teams & Zoom)
