Egg collection, administer medication, general labouring
performing a range of housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintenance of pens
tend to animals including the health and welfare, flock management
performing basic recording functions, interpret data and communicate findings with Supervisors/ managers
operating farm related vehicles, plant, machinery, machine operation
strict adherence to bio-security provisions and quarantine control procedures, company policies and procedures and food standards and hygiene
Level 1: Annual $44,677 Hourly Rates:$22.61 Level 2: Annual $46,534 Hourly Rates:$23.55 Level 3: Annual $48,392 Hourly Rates:$24.49 Level 4: Annual $51,731 Hourly Rates:$26.18 Available Positions: 75 Estimated Start Date: 02/04/2024 You may have the opportunity to progress through the above levels based on role availability, aptitude for the tasks, prior attendance and performance record. To be successful, you must meet the following requirements:
Australian Citizen / Permanent Residency / Full Working Rights in Australia are essential
Pass a Pre-employment medical check including drug alcohol test
Physical Stamina, Attention to detail, Strong Work Ethic and willing to work as part of a diverse team
Willingness to work in hot and cold environments in a factory setting
Be able to provide two reference checks
Immediate start possible
Availability across day and afternoon shift - Early morning and Mid-afternoon starts depending on your assigned role and previous experience.
