About the Role:
As a Livestock Overseer, you will be entrusted with the day-to-day running of the Cherylton Farm property, ensuring optimal livestock health and welfare, overseeing pasture management and maintaining farm equipment. Your role is critical in shaping the quality of produce through diligent care and strategic operations.

Major Responsibilities:

• Day to day running of the livestock operations on farm
• Maintaining animal health, nutrition, and welfare
• Monitoring pasture growth, health and soil fertility
• Record livestock husbandry, treatments, movements, pasture maintenance activities, and pasture production levels in Agriwebb.
• Checking and maintaining water systems, dams, tank, pumps, windmills
• Ensuring compliance with workplace safety and animal welfare standards

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Previous experience on a mixed or large livestock operation
• Significant animal husbandry and pasture management experience
• Demonstrable team leadership skills
• Proficiency in operating farm machinery
• Admirable work ethic and adherence to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
