About the Role
Our Registered Training Organisation, ( RTO Code 21912 ) is looking for LLND Trainers in Launceston, TAS who will be responsible fordelivering effective training to students while adhering to all ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) and DET (Department of Education & Training) guidelines regarding student files, policies, and procedures. Our training programs offer students language, literacy, numeracy, job-search, and digital literacy training to enhance their English skills for use in the workplace or study.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering classes and assessments in accordance with Training Timetables, ensuring supervision for learners at all times
- Complying with all requirements related to organisation training materials
- Making appropriate accommodations for customers with special needs
- Managing administrative tasks such as attendance, reporting
- Ensuring that work aligns with Asuria's rules, policies, procedures, and complies with regulatory standards and contractual obligations

The ideal candidate:
- Experience with LLN (Language Literacy and Numeracy) adult teaching methodologies
- Knowledge of Australian Core Skills Framework and its application
- Hold a TAE40122/ TAE40116 Cert IV TAE or higher teaching or training qualification
- Willingness to complete the TAESS00026 Foundations Skills Integration Skillset (if no higher teaching qualification held)
- Digital literacy skills and the capacity to train others in this area
- Accurately complete administrative duties and tasks
