About the Role
Our Registered Training Organisation, (RTO Code 21912) is looking for LLND Trainers (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and digital) in Launceston, TAS who will be responsible fordelivering effective training to students while adhering to all ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) and DET (Department of Education & Training) guidelines regarding student files, policies, and procedures. Our training programs offer students language, literacy, numeracy, job-search, and digital literacy training to enhance their English skills for use in the workplace or study.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering classes and assessments in accordance with Training Timetables, ensuring supervision for learners at all times
- Complying with all requirements related to organisation training materials
- Making appropriate accommodations for customers with special needs
- Managing administrative tasks such as attendance, reporting
- Ensuring that work aligns with Asuria’s rules, policies, procedures, and complies with regulatory standards and contractual obligations

The ideal candidate:
- Experience with LLN (Language Literacy and Numeracy) adult teaching methodologies
- Knowledge of Australian Core Skills Framework and its application
- Hold a TAE40122/ TAE40116 Cert IV TAE or higher teaching or training qualification
- Willingness to complete the TAESS00026 Foundations Skills Integration Skillset (if no higher teaching qualification held)
- Digital literacy skills and the capacity to train others in this area
- Accurately complete administrative duties and tasks
