AddressWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator for our concrete production plant in Toowoomba. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery, specifically loaders, in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a front end loader
- Assist with inventory management and batching of materials
- Conduct quality control checks on production
- Work efficiently and safely, following all safety protocols and regulations
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Perform routine maintenance inspections on equipment
- Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in operating loaders
- Knowledge of industry standards and technical manuals
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and police checks if need be
- White card certification
