SalaryThe Operational Services are looking for Loading Dock Coordinator to join their wonderful team. The successful applicant will be responsible for effectively coordinating and supporting the loading Dock Manager with operations of the Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) Loading Docks ensuring a high standard of service delivery to one of Metro South Health major hospital facilities, achieved through compliance with MSHHS policies and procedures.

About the Role
- Promote a client-centric focus and drive effective stakeholder relationship management strategies to ensure MSHHS staff, clients and community are well informed on policy, legislation and their rights and obligations.
- Responsible for ensuring that the Loading Dock security function meets quality accreditation and standards and develop and monitor systems, procedures and measurements of service delivery to ensure sustainable and appropriate quality of service is provided to clinical customers.
- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
- Coordination of facility emergency lock down procedure guidelines, training and implementation.
